Returns and exchanges

Return or exchange business order
You have made a business order. Then there are other conditions for its return or exchange your entire or partial order than with purchase by consumers. The Distance Selling Act does not apply to business orders.

When after consultation with our business customer service, an order in whole or in part can be returned, processing costs may be charged.

Before you want to register an item for return or exchange, please note the following:
Is the article:
- Undamaged?
- Unused?
- In the original packaging?
- Packaging without inscriptions or other damage?

In short, it is again as a new article to sell. If not to the above

conditions can be met, the request will not be processed.


We reserve the right at any time to refuse a return or exchange shipment.
