Returns and exchanges

Return or exchange business order

HortiHeating.Shop sells exclusively to business customers. There are different terms and conditions for returning or exchanging all or part of your order than when purchased by consumers. We would therefore like to explicitly point out to you that our general terms and conditions apply to our deliveries, and not the EU-Directive for distance contracts that applies to private consumers.

When after consultation with our business customer service, an order in whole or in part can be returned, processing costs may be charged.

Before you want to register an item for return or exchange, please note the following:
Is the article:
- Undamaged?
- Unused?
- In the original packaging?
- Packaging without inscriptions or other damage?

In short, it is again as a new article to sell. If not to the above

conditions can be met, the request will not be processed.

 

We reserve the right at any time to refuse a return or exchange shipment.
